Queensland skipper Moore ready for action

Queensland Roar captain Craig Moore is fit and well and ready to help his team qualify for the A-League preliminary final.

Moore was on international duty for the Socceroos in Japan on Wednesday night and was due to arrive in Brisbane on Friday morning, giving him about 12 hours to prepare for the return leg of the minor semi-final against Central Coast Mariners.

Moore said that he was feeling good and looking forward to tonight's clash.

"I'm feeling good, I've picked up no knocks and the bonus for me is although there's a bit of travel involved there's only an hour's time difference between Japan and Queensland, so that will help a lot," he said from Japan.

"When I get back to Australia, I'll check in to the hotel, get some sleep and I'll be ready to go again.

"These are the big games you want to be involved in as a professional and I'm not expecting any real issues in terms of fatigue or what not."
