Inter Milan's Ricardo Quaresma has joined Chelsea on loan until the end of the season.

The Portuguese winger has struggled during his time at Inter after crossing from FC Porto and it is believed there is an option of making his loan move permanent if Chelsea see fit to offer him a full-time deal.
