QPR youth chief Steve Gallen says Liverpool wonderkid Raheem Sterling has unlimited potential.
Sterling missed out on a senior debut last night at Sparta Prague.
Gallen told talkSPORT: "There's a lot of words that spring to mind when I think about the kid, first of all he's an absolutely lovely kid off the pitch. On the pitch he's just a winner, he's hungry and he's got some desire. All he cares about is winning, that's all he cares about. Nothing fazes him.
"I think he can just keep going and going, it's hard to compare him to anybody, you don't want to mention certain names. I watched Arsenal v Barcelona last night and there's someone on the Barcelona team that you think, hold on, he could be in that [mould].
"He was playing in my under 18 team when he was 14, he was special, no doubt about that."
