QPR winger Shaun Wright-Phillips is reportedly in trouble over a loose tweet.
The England and QPR star is said to have re-sent a tweet containing the swear word. The Daily Star understands the initial tweet was from a Manchester City fan attacking Wolves star Karl Henry.
It followed Henry's recent bust-up with QPR's Joey Barton at Molineux.
FA officials were alerted when Wright-Phillips re-tweeted.
They wrote to the former City star asking for an explanation.
Wright-Phillips apologised and was last night handed a written warning.
