QPR winger Matt Phillips is enjoying playing for manager Chris Ramsey.

Phillips says Ramsey's training pitch work is welcomed by all the players.

He told the London Evening Standard: "Chris has not just been great with me, it's all the lads. It is his man-management to a certain extent but it also down to one-to-one coaching. There is so much you can do as a team but individually he gives us more things to learn.

"For example, he pulled me aside the other day at the end of training for a five-minute drill to work on something new for me to do when crossing the ball. I know I can improve and he can help me do that."
