West Bromwich Albion are targeting QPR winger Matt Phillips.
Despite the west London club's bitter relegation to the Championship last season, Phillips managed to impress many with his fine performances and as a result, is being linked with a move back to the Premier League this summer.
Albion manager Tony Pulis is said to be an admirer of Phillips and now according to reports from the Birmingham Mail, will be looking to make a swoop for the 24-year old.
QPR are currently in a difficult financial situation due to the Financial Fair Play sanctions imposed upon them and they look likely to be forced into parting with Phillips if a decent offer comes along.
