QPR winger Matt Phillips is undergoing his medical at West Brom's training ground today.
The Express & Star says Albion are finally nearing the end of their 18-month pursuit of Phillips after agreeing a fee in the region of £5m with Queens Park Rangers.
The 25-year-old will be tested by the club's medical team today before officially signing a deal with the Baggies - expected to be three-years long - once his personal terms have been agreed.
Phillips has been a long-term target for head coach Tony Pulis, who first registered his interest in the speedy wideman back in January 2015.
