QPR winger Junior Hoilett is confident finding his best form at Loftus Road.
The Canadian winger, 22, has made a limited impact during his first three games with winless Rangers.
But Hoilett believes he will soon find his feet.
He said: "One of my aims is to get the ball in the back of the net and create chances for others.
"You always need a bit of time to settle in to your new club. It won't be long before we are all up to speed.
"Working with a manager like Mark Hughes is great for a young player."
