QPR defender Bradley Orr is confident that team spirit can carry the club a long way next season.
The R's are back in the top flight after dominating the Championship last term and Orr is well aware that the upcoming Premier League season will provide much more of a challenge.
With opposition teams certain to be much better in England's premier competition, Orr says it is vital if QPR can maintain their strong team spirit to help them make up for potential deficiencies elsewhere.
"Team spirit was massive last year - we have got men in this dressing that would die for each other," Orr told the club's official website.
"There's winners in this dressing room and when you know you can look a team-mate in the eye and see he's given everything for the cause, that makes for a really positive spirit.
"That will be a massive factor for us over the course of the season."
