QPR have waived their loan fee to help Hogan Ephraim sign on-loan with Charlton Athletic.

The Fulham Chronicle says Rs boss Neil Warnock was so desperate to get game time for the 23-year-old that the club have waived any loan fee in a bid to offload him.

Crystal Palace were interested in signing him earlier this season, but south London rivals Charlton have completed a deal for the former West Ham youngster that will keep him at the Valley until January.
