QPR have rejected an offer from West Bromwich Albion for Matt Phillips.
According to Sky Sports, the Baggies made a bid of £5million late last week which has been turned down by the West London club while the Daily Mail suggests the proposal was for £7m.
Winger Phillips continues to be linked with a move away from Loftus Road following the R's relegation from the Premier League and Albion have been in pursuit for some time now.
An initial bid has been turned down by QPR but it is believed that talks will continue this week as Albion strive to strengthen their squad at The Hawthorns.
