Sylvain Distin is ready to stay with Everton.
The Daily Mail says Distin is likely to reject any overtures from Queens Park Rangers and Sunderland.
The 35-year-old Everton defender has been outstanding this season and is out of contract in the summer.
However, the towering Frenchman is happy to bide his time as Everton also assess making a new contract offer.
