QPR are in talks with free agent Pablo Alvarez.
Alvarez, 30, was released by Serie A side Catania in the summer and has been looking for a new club ever since.
Predominantly a defender who can play on either flank, Alvarez is said to be keen to link up with Rangers boss Harry Redknapp at Loftus Road. His agent has confirmed talks between the player and Rs officials this week.
