QPR captain Clint Hill is backing Neil Warnock to get Crystal Palace bouncing.
Hill believes Warnock can have a similar impact at Crystal Palace to his predecessor Tony Pulis.
"I was a bit shocked by the news, like everyone else," Hill told the London Evening Standard. "But I always knew he wanted one last crack at it and he'll definitely give the club a lift.
"He could give the lads another 15 or 20 per cent. There are a few guys there who have played under him before and he will get that team going.
"Maybe he can have the same impact as Pulis but who knows. Every manager is different. They all have different approaches and different tactics.
"After some injuries at Stoke, Neil is the guy who restored my love for the game and I've got a lot to thank him for.
"He will go in there with confidence and give a clean slate to everybody. He's a nice character and the lads will want to play for him."
