QPR skipper Clint Hill hopes Harry Redknapp decides to remain as manager.
Hill hopes promotion to the Premier League will convince Redknapp to stay on.
"Hopefully, we can give him a bit of a headache," said the captain. "I do not know how he is feeling but he has been brilliant for us since taking over.
"Unfortunately, we did not go up automatically but, hopefully, we can get promoted via the play-offs and give him a decision to make. I do not know if it depends on us going up but obviously I am keen for him to stay. We have all accepted his ideology and tried to buy into it."
