QPR signing Cisse: Hughes wanted me at Man City

QPR signing Djibril Cisse is delighted to be playing for Mark Hughes.

Cisse revealed he could have joined Hughes at Manchester City.

"When I talked to Mark Hughes he spoke highly of the club and where he wants to take it over the next few years,” added Cisse.

“He wanted to sign me at Manchester City and now I am finally here at QPR with him.”
