St Johnstone manager Steve Lomas could soon be on his way to Doncaster Rovers according to Record Sport.
The former Manchester City and QPR midfielder is on a shortlist to replace Dean Saunders at the Keepmoat Stadium after he took the reins at Wolves this week and could be a massive chance of getting the nod after Rovers received a glowing recommendation from R's boss Harry Redknapp.
Redkapp managed Lomas whilst at the helm at West Ham United in the late 1990s and is believed to have spoken highly of his qualities to Doncaster chief executive Gavin Baldwin and chairman John Ryan.
