QPR's Park not worried about Green's Paddy Kenny distraction

QPR midfielder Park Ji-sung says he is not worrying about the mindset of goalkeeper Robert Green.

The R's gloveman received criticism from former Loftus Road keeper Paddy Kenny after he conceded five goals in the opening day 5-0 home loss to Swansea City last weekend.

Kenny sent text messages to chairman Tony Fernandes and technical director Mike Rigg following the game, suggesting it was a poor choice to sell him to Leeds United, but has since apologised.

Green produced a much-improved performance in QPR's 1-1 draw with Norwich City on Saturday and Park says that showing is testament to the former West Ham United shot-stopper's positive frame of mind.

"He forgot things quickly, that is the good thing. Against Norwich, he was calm so it is good for us," said Park.

"We have only had two games. He has the ability so we just leave him and give him the confidence.

"We have not spoken about that [messages from Paddy Kenny].

"He is not a young player and has experience. Every player speaks to each other and if we have problems we sort them out.

"He is not worried about them, and showed that he is getting better."
