QPR captain Joey Barton has heaped praise on former Newcastle United teammate Andy Carroll.
The centre forward produced a brilliant display as Liverpool beat Chelsea 4-1 at Anfield in the league last night but Barton wonders what may have happened if Carroll was given a start in the FA Cup final, which the Reds lost to the Blues on Saturday.
"On that showing Liverpool are better than their current league position. Makes u wonder if Carrol had started the Cup final, dosent it?" Barton posted on Twitter.
