QPR, Reading, West Ham target Johnson likely to leave Fulham this summer

Andy Johnson is set to depart Fulham in the summer according to reports from Sky Sports.

The 31-year old striker is out of contract at the end of the season and has a trio of potential suitors ready to pounce.

Former Cottagers boss Mark Hughes wants Johnson at QPR if they are successful in staving off relegation whilst promotion hopefuls Reading and West Ham United are also keen provided they move into the top flight from the Championship.
