QPR will limber up for life in the Premier League with pre-season trips to Italy and Cornwall. Neil Warnock's Championship title-winners will play Plymouth in July in one of three friendlies in the west country, before they head to Milano Marittima for a training camp.
"I have found it beneficial throughout my career to take teams to Cornwall and I don't see any reason to change it now," said Warnock.
"There are superb facilities for us in Italy too."
Rangers will also travel to Football League newcomers Crawley Town for a friendly on August 2.
