QPR captain Joey Barton feels the players in the squad are implementing the methods imposed by the Mark Hughes regime.
Barton believes that the R's have experienced a breath of fresh air since Hughes took over from Neil Warnock earlier this month and is delighted that the players have come together to embrace the ways of the new management.
"It's certainly a lot different to those things I've been used to in my short time at the Club.
"There's obviously a different ways of doing things, and the lads are already really embracing the new methods.
"This is only the start. We can get a lot, lot better.
"The more days we have with the new gaffer, the more we'll improve and have more days like last Saturday (3-1 win over Wigan).""They've got their own way of doing things," he told the club's official website.
