QPR owner Fernandes has plans to move away from Loftus Road

QPR owner Tony Fernandes has plans to move the club from Loftus Road.

Fernandes is looking for a new site as their current home, situated near the Westfield shopping centre and BBC headquarters, only holds 18,300.

"There's potential for another stadium," Fernandes said. "The most obvious one would be somewhere in White City.

"There are parcels of land around there, some owned by the BBC. Westfield has opened up a lot of potential and we would be looking for a stadium of 40-45,000."
