QPR No2 Mark Bowen admits he and manager Mark Hughes have quickly bunkered down to plan a route to Premier League safety.
Bowen revealed the way that he and the valued backroom staff, including Eddie Niedzwiecki, help Hughes plot their way to safety.
"We try and work out who will take points where and when, and what we need at each stage," he told the London Evening Standard. "Of course, it doesn't always work out but we have a fair idea, game to game, exactly what we need. And we have a fighting chance of staying up. I am proud that in the last eight years with Mark, at each club we've been at, we've always achieved a top half place in the Premier League. This has been different but we still back our judgment."
