QPR midfielder Karl Henry insists Wayne Routledge deserved his red card during their draw with Swansea City.
Henry reckoned the Swans forward and former Hoop had already had two goes at him that went unpunished by the referee.
He said: "There were at least two occasions before when he's had swipes at me. He kicked me nowhere near the ball, and it was his own fault.
"I'd gone in for the tackle and I caught him. As I went to get up he's certainly shoved me back down - and I didn't make a meal of it.
"The ref deemed that as a red because you can't do that sort of thing, and I certainly didn't react that way. You react, and you risk getting sent off."
