QPR midfielder Leroy Fer rates highly Southampton boss Ronald Koeman.
Fer played for Koeman at Feyenoord before moving to FC Twente.
"He asked me to stay," explained Fer to the Fulham Chronicle, "but I wanted to play in the Europa League with Twente (Enschede) and it was not about him.
"He's a good coach, and he has a difficult task at Southampton after Pochettino, but he came at Feyenoord when they weren't so good, and three times he got them second place.
"Before him, it was 10th and seventh, and he's worked at some good clubs like Benfica."
