QPR midfielder Tom Carroll has returned to parent club Tottenham.
The Fulham Chronicle says Carroll has gone back to Tottenham for treatment on an injured ankle ligaments.
Carroll is likely to be missing for several weeks.
The Spurs midfielder, 21, is on loan at Loftus Road for the whole season.
