QPR midfielder Joey Barton has been warned against tweeting about former club Newcastle United.
The Daily Mail says Barton has been warned he will face disrepute charges from the FA's compliance unit if he restarts his Twitter argument with Newcastle.
Rs boss Neil Warnock revealed that the unit have been in touch with the 29-year-old midfielder about his controversial account.
