QPR are closing on a deal for Norwich City midfielder Leroy Fer.
The London Evening Standard says QPR have made a £4.8million offer to Norwich for Holland midfielder Fer and are expected to agree personal terms.
Fer joined Norwich from FC Twente last summer and impressed during his debut season in the Premier League, even though they were relegated.
The 24-year-old, who scored for Holland against Chile in the World C up, still has three years left on his contract at Carrow Road but wants to play in the top flight.
