QPR legend Rodney Marsh is backing Mark Hughes to get it right.
Marsh, who played for the club between 1966 and 1972, is confident Hughes and the players can turn it around and move up the table.
"QPR have new owners, new directors, new players, a new management team and people are talking about replacing the manager after seven games - that, to me, borders on insanity," said Marsh.
"I'm not telling Tony Fernandes how to run this football club by the way but the results will come and I'm confident this new-look team will begin to gel very soon."
