QPR legend Kevin Gallen insists Tony Fernandes is the right man in charge.
Gallen, who is at Millwall after being sacked by QPR as youth-team coach last August, stresses he is an admirer of manager Harry Redknapp and chairman Fernandes.
He told QPR podcast Open All R's: "Fernandes is a genuine guy and just wants the best for QPR. It's not working out well but eventually he'll get it right. He'll learn from these experiences.
"I don't think Redknapp will walk [at the end of the season]. He has a good contract and he will think if we get relegated we have a great chance of getting back up. Once you start winning in the Championship, you get a winning mentality."
