QPR are preparing a bid for Newcastle United defender Steven Taylor.
The Daily Mail says the Loftus Road club will lay out their summer transfer plans at a meeting on Friday, and the potential capture of Taylor will be discussed.
The 28-year-old, who is also interesting Besiktas, found first-team football hard to come by under Alan Pardew last season.
Taylor still has two years left to run on his deal at St James' Park, but his future at the club is uncertain as a result of his lack of action.
