QPR keeper Julio Cesar indicates London stay

QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar has suggested he would like to remain in London.

The 33-year old took out the Golden Glove award for best keeper at the Confederations Cup, helping Brazil take out the title for the third successive time.

Now he has to sort out his club future after the R's were relegated from the Premier League and he hinted that perhaps he could stay in the English capital with Arsenal showing plenty of interest.

When asked by reporters if his son wanted to stay in London, Cesar replied: "Yes, me too. I love the city and I'm enjoying living there."

The Gunners have already been linked with a summer move for Liverpool's Pepe Reina and are also believed to be monitoring the situation of former Inter Milan star Cesar.
