QPR boss Harry Redknapp is eyeing Montpellier midfielder Younes Belhanda.
The Daily Mail says Arsenal and Tottenham have both been offered Belhanda, 22, who has come close to joining Fenerbahce earlier this month.
Rs boss Redknapp is considering a bid for the Morocco international.
