Queens Park Rangers are believed to be in talks with Guinea international Kevin Constant.

According to L'Equipe, the Championship club are keen on the former AC Milan defender who left Turkish club Trabzonspor late last year.

R's boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink wants to bolster his defence having failed to win in eight games since taking over at Loftus Road and conceding 10 goals in that time.

Constant is available on a free but is also a target for French clubs Saint-Etienne and Toulouse which may provide some healthy competition for Hasselbaink's West Londoners.
