Skysports.com reports that Danny Webber is set to be handed a permanent deal with Queens Park Rangers. The former Portsmouth striker joined Rangers for training last week and he has impressed boss Neil Warnock.
The pair were together at Sheffield United, and now Warnock has decided to hand him a one year contract.
"Danny is a smashing lad, I have known him for years," Warnock said on Sky Sports News.
