QPR manager Mark Hughes will meet with his players to discuss what they will do regarding the pre-match handshake with Chelsea on Saturday.
R's players decided to forego the ritual when the clubs met in the FA Cup in February after Chelsea skipper John Terry allegedly racially abused Anton Ferdinand the first time the clubs played in the league earlier in the season.
Terry will go on trial for the incident in July but has been allowed to continue playing and will be on the pitch when the teams clash at Stamford Bridge this weekend.
It is believed that Ferdinand is considering snubbing the handshake prior to the match but a final decision is still to be made.
