QPR legend Rufus Brevett has backed their move for departing Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard.

Rs boss Harry Redknapp is keen on the free agent.

"I think that's different," Brevett told the Fuham Chronicle.

"You know what you're going to get with Frank, and he would be playing for his uncle."
