QPR are favourites to sign Vitesse Arnhem fullback Alexander Büttner.
Buttner was expected to sign for Fulham after holding talks a fortnight ago.
However, the left-back is now expected to sign for QPR for around €2 million. Buttner will arrive as a replacement Taye Taiwo, who spent last season on-loan at QPR from AC Milan.
