QPR fans want the club to slash season ticket prices for their return to the Championship.

Their current ticket prices span from £499-£949 whereas their Championship neighbours in London like Millwall charge just £249 for their cheapest season ticket.

QPR1st Supporters Trust chairman Stephen Dedridge told the London Evening Standard: "If we were paying what we are now we would be paying over the odds so we would like a reduction.

"We have been discussing with the board what they might do regarding season ticket prices and we are just hoping the board will appreciate they need to incentivise the fans to keep their interest.

"A lot of us will still go providing that the club respects our loyalty. If what they charge us is comparable to what other clubs pay that will be a big step forward.

"People will come providing that the club isn't expecting them to pay for the horrendous mistakes it has made."
