QPR are battling Manchester United and Manchester City for St Etienne defender Kurt Zouma.
L'Equipe says the French club have invited the West Londoners to make their interest concrete with a bid - expected to be between 12 and 15 million Euros - only for the Loftus Road side to ask for a small 'delay for reflection'.
United and City made personal checks on Zouma last Friday.
