QPR are eyeing Tottenham fullback Adam Smith.

The Fulham Chronicle says the youngster still has three years to run on his contract at White Hart Lane, and is hoping to force his way into Andre Villas-Boas' plans during pre-season.

But Harry Redknapp is ready to pounce if Smith doesn't figure in north London, and reckons the Spurs academy graduate could be the answer to Rangers' right-back problems, with Jose Bosingwa surplus to requirements at Loftus Road.
