QPR eyeing Fulham captain Murphy

QPR boss Mark Hughes is chasing Fulham captain Danny Murphy.

Sky Sports says Hughes has made midfield reinforcements his top priority before the close of the transfer window and he is thought to be considering returning to his old club for Murphy.

Fulham would not welcome any move for Murphy with Cottagers boss Martin Jol keen to keep hold of the former Liverpool schemer.
