QPR defender Nedum Onuoha admits manager Mark Hughes has made it clear he's in charge.
Former boss Neil Warnock used to tear his hair out in frustration as he tried to harness the skills of Adel Taarabt.
Onuoha told the Fulham Chronicle: "Adel doesn't really have a choice any more. If you're in a side managed by Mark Hughes you've got to be prepared to work.
"Not every team has a player like Adel - and he makes a difference. His work ethic to be fair is really good - it's something he's worked on.
"His skills are the extra and his basics are right as well."
