QPR's Ryan Nelsen says he finds the clubs 16-game winless streak quite 'astonishing'.
The West London outfit have not triumphed yet this season with their last win in the Premier League coming in May against Stoke City last season.
The R's drew 2-2 with Wigan Athletic on Saturday with help from Nelsen's first goal for the club and the New Zealand international admits he cannot work out why it has been so long between drinks at Loftus Road.
"Obviously it's not nice at all, it's astonishing to tell the truth," he told the club's official website.
"There's not been many games where we've been totally out of it, we've been in a lot of games.
"But that's the fine line of the Premier League, there are no excuses."
He added: "We're on a three-game unbeaten run so hopefully the win will come soon. We feel if we can get one win we can get two and we'll build from that.
"I've been in teams before where we've been down there but with this team I'm confident if we can get that first win, we'll get another and we'll get going."
