QPR defender Danny Gabbidon says manager Mark Hughes is wanting a different style of play from his players compared to predecessor Neil Warnock.
Gabbidon was the unlikely hero as he scored his first goal for nearly seven years to give Rangers a 1-0 win over MK Dons in Tuesday's third-round replay.
It earned new boss Mark Hughes his first victory in charge of QPR, following Warnock's sacking last week.
"It's early days and I think he doesn't want to bombard us with too much information too early. Over the next few weeks he will feed us with little bits that he wants us to do and we can improve." Gabbidon told The Sun: "The new manager wants us to express ourselves more, try to keep the ball more. He says it's very important to keep the ball in the Premier League.
