QPR defender Anton Ferdinand has ambitions of joining big brother Rio Ferdinand, the Manchester United star, in the England squad.

Ferdinand moved to Loftus Road after advice from his big brother and hopes to get Three Lions recognition himself eventually.

"If I do ever get the chance to play for England, I'd be the proudest man in the world," he said. "But there are a lot of great players who never played for England - like Steve Bruce."
