QPR defender Anton Ferdinand knows he can always count on the support of big brother Rio Ferdinand, the Manchester United star.
Ferdinand even dreams of one day playing alongside older brother Rio for England but admits that it is no longer an obsession.
He told The Sun: "I've been compared to Rio since I started playing for my first proper Sunday League team at nine.
"I will be compared to Rio all my life and that's credit to him because he's been the best in the world in his position for many years.
"Of course there are negatives to that but I don't look at it that way. Rio has been a huge help to my career and has played a major role in being where I am today.
"He wants me to be the best that I can be and as long as my family and friends know who I am and what I can do, that's all that matters to me."
