QPR defender Anton Ferdinand is ready to face one old pal tomorrow against Aston Villa.
The Rs host Aston Villa tomorrow when Ferdinand will go head to head with his former Sunderland team-mate Darren Bent.
Ferdinand told The Sun: "Darren's a good friend of mine, and I'm not surprised he's now a regular in the England squad.
"He's one of the best strikers in the country. He's got pace and can be difficult to play against.
"He always says he introduced me to Twitter but that's not the case.
"I was tweeting ages before him.
"But that's Darren, trying to make out he is first with everything.
"Just like he makes out he's a Londoner when really he is from Cambridge!"
