Championship Cardiff have announced the signing of Matthew Connolly from Queens Park Rangers for an undisclosed fee. The 24 year old has been allowed to move on by QPR following a busy summer of transfer activity at Loftus Road which has pushed the player down the pecking order in West London.
"Cardiff City are pleased to announce that Matthew Connolly has joined the club from Queens Park Rangers, following the completion of his medical and paperwork on Wednesday morning," read a statement released on the club's official website.
